RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Personalized, monogrammed, or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

- Package Your Item Securely – Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Ship Your Return – Use the provided return label or a trackable shipping method.
REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order on courtlyandchecks.com.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be processed in the original currency, minus any non-refundable charges.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as processing begins quickly.
